This is Fred Ball for Zions Bank, speaking on business.

Evelynn Osuna has been in the delivery business for a long time.

Back in 1994 she became a delivery driver for a courier service in Denver. She worked for the company for several years, learning the ins and outs of running a delivery service. Evelynn built a small courier company in Denver in 2000 that another company bought in 2002. The company hired her to open a Salt Lake City office, which she eventually bought and started Rev It Delivers.

Rev It Delivers is a courier company that specializes in time-sensitive packages. Evenlynn says customer satisfaction is guaranteed with the customer as the number one priority. The company's success is directly tied to meeting delivery deadlines. Employees average 300-400 deliveries per day.

Clients can choose from four delivery options: Economy, where packages are delivered by 5 p.m.; Standard, which guarantees delivery within three hours; Rush, 60-90 minute deliveries based on distance; and Scheduled, where a specific delivery plan is set up. The bulk of deliveries are in Utah, but the company has clients in Idaho, Colorado, Wyoming, California and the Midwest.

Although Rev It Delivers is small, Evelynn says it operates like a big company and is highly bonded and insured with state of the art systems. She says they genuinely care about their customers and are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Delivery drivers are well taken care of, and it's not unusual to see management out delivering packages. Next month the company will open a new office in Denver and they also plan to open offices in St. George and Idaho by the end of 2008.

Evelynn says she is passionate about Rev It Delivers and, having been in the industry for so long, she has the experience to keep it running smoothly.
