Utah Office Solutions was established in Utah County more than 75 years ago and has two locations, one in Orem and one in Salt Lake City. The Salt Lake City store, at 2978 S. State Street, opened in 2000.
Salt Lake store owner Jim Crismer tells me the company aims to make ordering office products easy for customers, causing a minimum disruption in their workdays. Customers can order online, by telephone, e-mail or fax in orders by five o'clock, and Utah Office Solutions will deliver them the next business day.
The company sells typical office furniture and supplies such as desks, pens, pencils and printing supplies. It also has products to fill every imaginable office need, from janitorial goods to breakroom snacks. Jim tells me the company fulfills clients' unique needs, whether they request gummy bears or 200 trophies.
Utah Office Solutions literally outfits businesses from floor to ceiling, offering space planning, modular stations, carpeting and wall coverings.
Jim tells me the company has clients of all sizes and all industries including law firms, manufacturing companies and construction companies. Utah Office Solutions of Salt Lake City aims to sell its customers the right products that will boost employee morale, improve their reputation, promote productivity and increase profitability.
With 37 years of experience in the industry, Jim knows the office supply business and he passes that knowledge on to customers. Jim says the store's success lies in meeting and exceeding customers' expectations.
