Several Salt Lake businesses report personnel news. Jennifer Falk has recently joined the family law and employment law practice of Kruse, Landa, Maycock and Ricks. Big-D Construction announced Gifford Briggs as the project development manager in their Lindon office. Briggs will oversee all marketing and project proposals and other aspects in business development. Consonus welcomed James Edwards in the role of Client Solutions for the company’s western region.
Clark Waddoups, a senior shareholder at Parr, Waddoups, Brown, Gee and Loveless has been nominated to serve as a federal judge with the U.S. District Court for the District of Utah. If appointed, Waddoups will be the fifth attorney from the firm to leave for a judicial position.
